Educator Jackevičiūtė congratulates Savickas with the honorable award |

Artist Raimondas Savickas lead the art workshop at the exhibition "Shalom, Israel! The Paths of Litvak Artists“, currently on the display at the Tolerance Center of the Vilna Gaon State Jewish Museum. Savickas is one of the 23 Litvak artists whose art works are included into this exhibition. Close to 30 participants of the art workshop chose the picture they were interested the most and later on made the copy with the guidance of artist Savickas. Educator Jurga Jackevičiūtė, acting on behalf of the Vilna Gaon State Jewish Museum, congratulated Savickas with honarable award: on the 16th of February he was awarded with the Order of Merits to Lithuania - Knight‘s Cross.
