On December 14, exhibition’s catalogue “Nechama. Jewish Nightingale Nechama Lifshitz” was presented at the museum’s Tolerance Center. During the event, a discussion about Jewish culture during Soviet years was held. Roza Litay, daughter of Nechama Lifshitz, Dr. Lara Lempert, Jewish cultural historian, Prof. Leonidas Melnikas, musicologist, and Aušra Rožankevičiūtė, museologist, took part in the discussion. We thank all the attendees for a cosy and interesting evening!
