EXHIBITIONS DEDICATED TO RESCUERS OF JEWS AND RESCUE STORIES OPENED IN THE MUSEUM

On January 24, just before the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, two exhibitions, dedicated to the rescue stories and Righteous among the Nations, were opened in the museum‘s Tolerance Center: a travelling exhibition in Lithuanian language "Whoever Saves a Life Saves the World Entire", arranged by Danutė Selčinskaja, the head of the Museum’s Department for Commemoration of Rescuers of Jews, and international exhibition “Between Life and Death: Rescue Stories During the Holocaust” – a joint initiative of the European Network Remembrance and Solidarity, POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews and Silent Heroes Memorial Centre (Berlin), implemented in cooperation with the Vilna Gaon State Jewish Museum and other partners. The exhibitions will be open for visitors until February 11 and March 17 respectively.
