Vilna Gaon Museum of Jewish History strongly condemns provocative act, which has despised the memory of thousands of innocent victims of the Holocaust and other Nazi crimes

Yesterday evening, the biggest mass killing site in Lithuania – the Paneriai Memorial – was desecrated with symbols of the Russian war in Ukraine. The marks of the act of vandalism have already been cleared. Vilna Gaon Museum of Jewish History strongly condemns this provocative act, which has despised the memory of thousands of innocent victims of the Holocaust and other Nazi crimes.
